Privacy

What is with all of these search engines or whatever wanting to "tell the world"  everything about us????  Just because I have looked for something using Google doesn't mean that it's an interest of mine.  It's bad enough that some places show a person's address so that a stalker can find them.  If I have asked for information on something, perhaps I was writing a paper or something else equally simple.  I believe we are all entitled to privacy in this world.  Google needs to step back and think about it.

Restaurants

We met friends for supper on Saturday night at a local restaurant where we have enjoyed good food and service on prior occasions.  It didn't work out that way this time.  My steak was not cooked the way I ordered it and potatoes were cold.  My husband's entire meal was cold and no one offered him water.  He explained in as nice as way possible but the waitress got very snippy.  It sure doesn't make us want to return any time soon.  We have always thought that telling someone how things weren't appropriate would cause a business to try to fix the problems, instead of lashing out at the customer.  Frankly, we won't be returning and as he said, he will be telling others about the experience.
